In July of 2000, Sheryl passed a National Board Examination that allows her to practice her massage techniques in all 50 states as an LMT, licensed massage therapist.

Sheryl was born and raised in the St. Ansgar area and lives nearby in Stacyville, Iowa.

She states, "Throughout my life I observed the benefits of soothing touch in caring for my handicapped sister and my children.  I wanted the chance to learn about massage and offer the knowledge and skills I gained to other people.  My goal is to help people increase their mobility and lessen muscle pain.  I also believe I can help relieve the tension people feel from the stresses of everyday life."
